The colored fire district also known as Bright Hell, odd particles in the atmosphere cause open flames to burn in different shifting colors which become incorporated into the design. Many of the buildings feature open fire and/or act as a torch with the flame on top. It's popular amongst the fire resistant ancestries for this reason. Home to devils as well.
